RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Alpha Omega Kydex Holsters stand by our builds. If you holster breaks outside of normal wear and tear, please let us know so we can make it right for you. Our holsters have been tested in everyday carry use as well as everyday LEO use.

If you receive your holster and it is wrong due to our error, you will be sent a return label and we will correct the error and send out a new holster.

In the event that your holster does not work out for you, we do offer a 30 day exchange for store credit or refund (subject to 15% restocking fee). 30 days is calculated from date of shipping for your item. Let us know what you are experiencing along with your order number. We will set you up with the information about how to return the item. When the item is received, we will inspect it to verify it is in the condition which it was sent to you. When this process is completed, a store credit/refund will be issued to you in the amount paid, less a restocking fee of 15%. We will request a photo of your weapon/weapon with weapon light for verification that the proper things were ordered.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be canceled within 48 hours without restocking fees (3% Processing fee will apply). All orders cancelled or modified after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee, to recoup cost of any special supplies such as but not limited to custom prints, carbon fibers, and camo colored kydex, specialty hardware. After a 48 hour window has lapsed from the time your order was placed, your order is considered valid and material / manufacturing process may begin.
